SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

CATHERINEHANSSENS relies on Bpost to ship your order. Deliveries are done on working days, to the delivery address you've indicated. After we received the payment and your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. If nobody is present, the courier will leave a note so you can collect the package from the nearest post office, in accordance with Bpost regulations. If a product is out of stock and you would like to know when/if it will be available again, please send us an email at mailto:ch@catherinehanssens.be and we will be pleased to inform you.

RETURNS

 

If you want to return  an item, please notify us at mailto:ch@catherinehanssens.be within 14 days after your purchase.

Items must be in unused and unopened condition, including the original packaging.

Don't forget to provide your return with a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As soon as we received the goods in the conditions according to the return policy, the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
