By using this website and placing an order you agree with the terms and conditions as described below.
ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. For items which are not on stock, please contact us at mailto:ch@catherinehanssens.be for the approximate delivery time.
We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders are only effectively paid from the moment the payment has been received.
CATHERINEHANSSENS has the right to attach conditions to orders or to refuse them, unless agreed otherwise.
DELIVERY
When in stock, orders should arrive within 3-7 workdays after the payment has been received, but may vary depending on the destination. Please note the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed.
CATHERINEHANSSENS is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery.
It's your responsibility to fill in the correct delivery address. When supplying a wrong delivery address the costs for a second delivery will be at your expense.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices indicated on this website are in euros, include VAT (21%) and exclude transportation expenses. The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.
Purchases made on this webshop are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies Stripe. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.
CATHERINEHANSSENS can modify prices at any moment without prior notice.

CATHERINEHANSSENS reserves the right to, in case of Force Majeure, stop the processing of an order and ultimately cancel the order without any damage restitution.
Force Majeur is any external cause as well as any circumstance, not directly related to products and services provided by CATHERINEHANSSENS, which cannot be the responsibility of CATHERINEHANSSENS.
LIABILITY
CATHERINEHANSSENS shall not be liable for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial.
We do not guarantee fabrics against fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.
Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
